Thanks for stopping by! 50K training update. I ran a little over 8 trail miles this morning. That’s a record for me in the last couple years I’m sure. It’s nice to be back into longer runs. Since they are long, I can forget about the run and finishing and just enjoy the thoughts and rhythm. I must admit, before I start the run, it’s a little intimidating. After a mile, I don’t want it to end…until about mile 7 and then I was ready for some breakfast!
